Be part of a small, dedicated team with great freedom and personal responsibility, in close collaboration with production, verification, and system development. Test software across the entire chain, from unit tests to system tests in real environments, often in collaboration with our customers. Work with a wide variety of products, from vehicles and measurement systems to data analysis, operator stations, and planning tools. Develop both professionally and personally through courses, technical studies, conferences, and exciting tasks. Your Profile Ability to develop a test strategy and implement it in collaboration with development teams. Ability to maintain a helicopter perspective with interest in everything from architecture, design, implementation, and testing. Interest in surrounding technologies and methodologies (containers, cloud, CI/CD, AI). A "can-do" attitude and a preference for collaboration, leadership, and coaching. Experience with, for example, C, C++, Python, Ada, or Qt. You hold a degree in civil engineering/engineering or have equivalent knowledge, with several years of experience in software testing. You need to be able to read and write fluently in Swedish and English as this is a common requirement from our customers. The work location is Linköping. This position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security clearance regulations at any given time.
