The unit develops, manufactures, and renovates components for railway infrastructure and supports both internal contracting operations and external customers. In Nässjö, the company has its production facility – the only location within the group where manufacturing takes place – which makes operations there central for component and product development. About the Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will have full responsibility for the design and development of high-voltage systems. You drive technical solutions from idea to finished product and ensure that they meet applicable standards, regulations, and quality requirements. You work closely with project management, production, and procurement and actively contribute to further developing both products and internal working methods. The role is an important part of the company's efforts toward new markets and future product areas. The role includes, among other things: Develop and design high-voltage systems in a CAD environment Prepare drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation for production and assembly Ensure that solutions meet applicable standards and regulations Participate in technical discussions and contribute expertise to projects Develop standards, templates, and efficient working methods The position is based in Nässjö with the possibility of hybrid work. Your Profile We are looking for a confident and experienced electrical engineer with strong technical competence and a drive to develop both solutions and processes. You thrive in a responsible role where you make decisions and contribute your experience. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience in electrical design, preferably in electrical power or high-voltage systems Good knowledge of CAD Experience working with technical documentation and standard requirements Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written PREFERABLY competence in Kraftel & high-voltage (Not required) As a person, you are structured, thorough, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others and are at the same time self-driven and confident in advancing your work.
