SIA "RĒZEKNES NOVADA KOMUNĀLSERVISS" IS HIRING Factory/Boiler Operators SIA "Rēzeknes novada komunālserviss" invites you to join our team: 4 factory/boiler operators – in Strūžāni, Strūžānu Parish, Rēzeknes District; Main Job Responsibilities Operating and maintaining heating equipment in accordance with equipment operating requirements; Regular inspection and maintenance of heating systems and equipment in proper working order; Monitoring heating equipment operating parameters; Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements; Performing other tasks related to the execution of job duties. Requirements for Candidates Secondary education; Certificate of completion of appropriate training/knowledge verification for working with the relevant hazardous equipment - certified as a worker in hazardous equipment maintenance (pressure equipment complexes); Understanding of heating equipment operating principles and operating requirements; Ability to independently plan and organize your work, make decisions, and take responsibility; Good communication and cooperation skills; Responsible attitude toward the execution of job duties; Desired professional experience in a similar position; Desired tractor operator license or category B driver's license. Factory/boiler operators must have permission to perform the relevant work in accordance with a health status certificate. Qualification Requirements Candidates must have knowledge of: The structure, operating principles, and usage rules of technical equipment, mechanisms, and tools used in the work; The sequence of work process execution and rational work organization; Equipment operating modes and operating requirements; Industry terminology; Regulatory acts and standards related to the work performed; Occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements; Basic principles of labor law; Basic principles of professional ethics and conduct.
