Are you perhaps at the beginning of your career or have experience from retail, service, or similar fields? Then the Runner role at Metropol Auctions might be for you! We are now looking for a Runner who will support our operations before and after Metropol Auctions' auctions. Here you'll have an active and practical job where you and your colleagues ensure that furniture and other items end up in the right place. The work primarily involves moving and handling furniture and other auction items. You'll help prepare the premises for auctions and ensure that items are moved, organized, and placed correctly after auctions are completed. Your responsibilities include: • Moving and carrying furniture and other auction items • Preparing premises and items for auctions • Moving and organizing items after completed auctions • Assisting with various practical tasks in the operation • Contributing to order and structure in the premises Personal Profile For this role, we place great emphasis on your attitude and personality. You don't need extensive work experience – the role is well-suited for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain more work experience. Maybe you've previously worked in retail, service, restaurants, or another environment where you're used to working at a fast pace and helping out where needed. As a person, you are reliable, helpful, and unpretentious. You enjoy collaborating with others, take responsibility for your tasks, and have an easy time seeing what needs to be done. Since the work involves moving furniture and other items, you also need to be comfortable with physical and active work.
