RSS Dalarna Seeks Transformation Leader for Home Healthcare

About the Operations Would you like to lead a region-wide collaboration assignment between Region Dalarna and the region's municipalities? RSS Dalarna is now seeking a transformation leader to work on developing a new regional agreement for home healthcare. The assignment involves leading the process to develop the new agreement, which will replace the current home healthcare contract. The work takes place in close collaboration, centrally in the ongoing healthcare transformation between Region Dalarna and the region's 15 municipalities. RSS Dalarna is a regional collaboration platform for the region's 15 municipalities and Region Dalarna. Our mission is to support development within social services and related healthcare through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint development initiatives. We also function as a link between local, regional, and national levels and collaborate with, among others, government agencies and SKR on matters concerning the development and coordination of welfare. Duties As a transformation leader, you will have a central role in driving, coordinating, and structuring the work from analysis to completed agreement and implementation. Your primary responsibilities are to: - Lead and coordinate the work of developing a new agreement for home healthcare - Ensure broad support from municipalities, region, service professionals, and political levels - Coordinate working and reference groups and prepare materials for steering committees - Follow the direction outlined in the developed transformation plan - Develop key documents such as the agreement, implementation plan, risk and impact analysis, and final report The role requires a strategic, holistic perspective combined with operational capability in a complex environment with many stakeholders and parallel processes. The position is time-limited to 1 year with possibility of extension. If you also have healthcare education, there is an opportunity for permanent employment within your healthcare profession. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Has relevant academic education in, for example, healthcare, social sciences, or equivalent - Has strong knowledge of home healthcare and specialized care - Has extensive experience with transformation work, collaboration, and complex change processes - Has documented experience leading projects or development work - Has strong ability to work with analysis, decision-making materials, and documentation in digital environments - Has excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written - Has experience in politically governed organizations It is advantageous if you: - Have experience working in both municipal and regional operations - Have healthcare credentials Personal Qualities As a person, you are organized, attentive, and relationship-building. You have the ability to build trust between different stakeholders and to guide groups toward common goals.
