Position: Construction Estimator / Cost Calculator Do you love numbers, precision, and want to see real results from your work? Our team at CITY COMPLEX s.r.o. is looking for a new colleague to help us with financial planning of our projects and ensure that every construction project has solid foundations starting with the budget. What will you do with us? • Process price quotes and itemized budgets based on project documentation. • Create quantity surveys and calculate costs for materials, machinery, and labor. • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors when requesting materials and services. • Analyze costs and track changes during project execution (additional work/cost reduction). • Collaborate with project managers and planning specialists on optimizing technical solutions. What do we expect from you? • Technical education (preferably construction technical school). • This position is also suitable for graduates - we're happy to train you. • Experience in a similar position is an advantage, not a requirement. • Excellent understanding of project documentation. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - you won't get around spreadsheets here. • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
