BUDGET PLANNER - ESTIMATOR - CALCULATOR
INTERIERY KOUPELEN s.r.o. has been operating on the market for 26 years and specializes in complete implementation of residential and commercial interiors.
We focus primarily on larger-scale contracts, including state and public projects.

To expand our team, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Budget Planner, Estimator, Calculator / Budget Planner, Building Estimator
Job Responsibilities:
Processing and reviewing budgets for construction contracts
Creating price quotations for clients (residential, commercial, and state contracts)
Evaluating measurement reports and project documentation
Requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, evaluating offers
Collaboration with construction supervisors and company management
Monitoring costs throughout the contract period
Administration related to preparation of construction projects
What We Expect From You:
Secondary or higher education in construction field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a budget planner or in construction preparation
Understanding of construction documentation and technical materials
Knowledge of budget creation and price calculations
Independence, attention to detail, responsible approach
Good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office, advantageous to have experience with budgeting software (e.g., KROS, etc.)
Driving license category B
