InDomi AB is a group that operates residential care homes for youth, supported housing for adults, enhanced family care, and psychiatric care through JeWe Psychiatry. A common thread throughout the entire group is our high ambition regarding quality.
At Rosenhill Youth Home, we work with children and young people between 12–18 years old. Rosenhill is a residential care home for youth who put their health and development at significant risk through problems in social interaction, relationship difficulties with parents and peers, and inadequate or failed schooling. Young people may have destructive social circles and be at risk of falling into substance abuse, criminal behavior, or other destructive conduct, as well as neuropsychiatric difficulties. The methods we currently use are TBA, MI, ACRA, and ÅP. We also employ low-affect interactions and a humanistic worldview.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide the residents with qualified treatment and a good, safe, caring, and structured daily life. Responsibilities also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, and more. Both daytime and 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duties occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A requirement: two years of post-secondary education with a treatment focus, such as treatment pedagogue, socialpedagogical education, behavioral science education, or social work degree
• Knowledge and at least two to four years of experience working with young people who have engaged in criminal activity, have substance abuse issues, functional variations, mental health problems, or experienced trauma is required
• Completion of any of these trainings is a merit: MI training, CBT, ART, A-CRA, ÅP, HPA, and RePulse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

B-driver's license is required for the position.
Working hours: scheduled work time - day, evening, sleeping on-call, weekdays and weekends, awake night shifts (if needed).
