This time we are looking for a pipe layer primarily for projects in our operational area in Västerort based at Ulvsunda, Bryggerivägen 10, Bromma.

WORK TASKS
As a pipe layer in VA-ground, you are responsible for acute and planned repairs, maintenance, and new installations on the underground water and sewer pipeline network within Stockholm Water and Waste's operational area.
The work includes excavation, pipe laying, and ground work in projects ranging from minor repairs to major new installations. You work in work teams and are responsible together with colleagues and contractors for planning and executing the work.
The role suits you if you enjoy practical outdoor work and a varied daily routine where collaboration, problem-solving, safety, and quality are important parts. You work closely with the work supervisor but are expected to be self-reliant in your daily work.
The work is physically demanding and conducted with high demands on safety, quality, and working environment.
The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at the head office in Ulvsunda, Bromma.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and works well with others. You are thorough, reliable, and contribute to a good working environment. You adapt to changing conditions, take initiative, and have a strong focus on quality in your work.
To succeed in the position you have:
• At least three years of experience as a pipe layer/construction worker in VA-ground work and good knowledge of underground VA systems
• Accustomed to physically demanding work
• B driver's license is a requirement
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• C driver's license is advantageous
• Equipment operator training is advantageous
In connection with your employment, a security check will be conducted. In the event of any future on-call or standby service, a security clearance may also become relevant.
