About the Operation The Radiology Department in Sollefteå is part of a regional operation with Radiology Departments in Sundsvall/Härnösand and Örnsköldsvik. The department is a 24-hour operation that supports both specialist healthcare and outpatient care in examinations and treatments with various types of imaging. We work with, among other things, ultrasound, conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, minor interventions, and magnetic resonance imaging. The department in Sollefteå has approximately 25 employees. As a radiologic technologist, you will work in a team with nursing assistants, radiologic technologists, radiologists, and medical secretaries. We are a well-coordinated work group where teamwork is important. We are now looking for a radiologic technologist to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date by agreement. Duties The work is varied as we rotate through all modalities. Your work duties will consist of: Standard radiologic technologist tasks Scheduling of examinations Planning of daily operations We provide individualized orientation and, to some extent, individual scheduling. The introduction consists of starting in Conventional Radiography and gradually expanding to Computed Tomography to gain knowledge and routines. We are a small unit which means you quickly get exposure to many different modalities such as Computed Tomography, Conventional Radiography, Fluoroscopy, and MR if you are interested. Weekend and on-call duty as well as inconvenient working hours are included in all schedules.
