The client is a cheerful person who loves to laugh, and enjoys both going into town and spending time in nature and outdoors, so you need to be physically fit to walk long distances and keep up sometimes. It is important that you have experience with personal care assistance and see the value in building a relationship in order to become strong support. Furthermore, the position requires empathy for the client's situation and needs, but at the same time the strength to maintain boundaries for the client's wellbeing. We also expect experience managing a home including planning shopping, cleaning and laundry, etc. There are several experienced skilled assistants around the client who can give you a secure introduction.
