Do you want to work with modern production, technology, and automation? We are now seeking a careful and committed robot operator who wants to become an important part of our production team. About the Role As a robot operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating robotic production lines. You will actively work to ensure that production maintains high quality and runs efficiently. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us but will perform the work at one of our customers. The factory you will work at operates in the timber industry and is a modern facility. There are also good opportunities for permanent employment (meaning you could be hired directly by the company). You will work during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Your tasks may include: Operating, monitoring, and adjusting robotic production processes Performing quality inspections and ensuring products meet the correct standards Conducting basic troubleshooting and addressing production disruptions Loading materials and handling changeovers Documenting production and deviations Working with colleagues in production, maintenance, and quality Contributing to improvements in working methods and production processes Following company procedures for quality, work environment, and safety We Are Looking for You We believe you are a responsible and solution-oriented person who enjoys working practically and technically. You are thorough, have an eye for detail, and enjoy solving problems when they arise. We see that you have: Experience from industry or production Experience with robots, automation, or CNC A driver's license and access to a car It is an advantage if you have: Technical education or equivalent work experience Experience reading drawings and taking measurements Forklift or overhead crane certification What matters most is the right attitude and willingness to learn. Orientation and training will be provided on-site.
