Ritningen Arkitektbyrå in Skövde is now seeking an experienced architect who wants to take responsibility for varied and socially important projects. About the Role As an architect at Ritningen, you will work with design and planning on varied building projects. You will have an active and operational role in assignments and follow projects through multiple phases, from concept, tender documents, and construction drawings to completed building. The role involves independent responsibility for projects as well as project management and coordination. You will manage several projects in parallel and lead dialogue with clients while ensuring quality and progress in deliverables. You work hands-on with the design work while coordinating with other consultants and stakeholders in the projects. The assignments are characterized by close client relationships and often comprehensive responsibility, which demands both creativity and building technical understanding, good communication, and accountability. Your task is to translate the client's needs into feasible and sustainable architectural solutions from initial concept to finished building. Your Profile To succeed in the role of architect at Ritningen, we want you to be a fully qualified architect with several years of professional experience with extensive design work and confidence in taking responsibility for assignments. You have broad experience and enjoy working with different types of projects in varying sizes. Experience in project management, having case responsibility, or being project responsible is particularly relevant. You are proficient in 3D design and have previously worked with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk CAD, where you are comfortable independently producing drawings and technical documentation. You enjoy maintaining continuous dialogue with clients and can translate needs and requirements into feasible architectural solutions, explaining and anchoring your proposals in a clear and trustworthy manner. Core Requirements for the Position: Education: Architect SAR/MSA Several years of professional experience as a building architect Valid driver's license (Category B) For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations, which may require certain citizenship Desirable Qualifications for the Position: Experience working with historic buildings Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Broad design experience across various sectors About Ritningen Arkitektbyrå Ritningen Arkitektbyrå AB is a family-owned architecture firm that has been established in Skövde since 1984.
