Regional Charity Pardubice seeks a DRIVER for social services to transport seniors and medical equipment (part-time) Job Duties: - Transport clients of Ambulance Charity Relief Services Červánky in Mikulovice within Pardubice district (mornings approximately 6:30 - 9:30, afternoons 15:30 - 17:00 delivering from Mikulovice to clients' homes) - Trip logging and administrative tasks - Arranging transportation and assistance with other Charity activities - Maintenance work of various kinds at Charity facilities - Transport and assembly of adjustable beds and other medical equipment between client pickups and deliveries - Health and safety and fire prevention measures Requirements: - Ability to safely drive a company vehicle - 8-passenger minibus - Communication skills with clients - seniors, people with dementia, people with disabilities, and ability to assist these individuals - Technical competence in transporting and assembling adjustable beds and other medical equipment, performing various maintenance work, and caring for the company vehicle - Criminal record extract - Good health status Qualifications: - Social services worker training course is an advantage We Offer: - Part-time position (20 hours per week) - Meaningful work in a pleasant, friendly team environment of a large stable organization - Meal allowance (meal voucher allowance) - Work shoes and clothing - Support - professional guidance, further training, possibility of supervision - After onboarding, possibility of contribution to supplementary pension insurance - Salary: 13,800 - 16,000 Kč (individual compensation, bonuses twice yearly, benefits) Personal Qualities: - Identification with Charity's mission - Communicativeness in relation to clients and colleagues - Diligence, ability to work independently - Kindness, compassion, honesty and responsibility, personal initiative and creative approach - Ability to handle stressful situations physically and mentally Suitable for recent graduates as well.
