Regional Charity Pardubice is looking for a DRIVER for social services to transport seniors and medical equipment on a part-time basis. Start date: IMMEDIATE. Job Responsibilities: - Transport of clients of the Ambulatory Charity Relief Services Červánky in Mikulovice within Pardubice district (morning approximately 6:30 - 9:30, afternoon 15:30 - 17:00 transport from Mikulovice to homes) - Trip logging and administrative tasks - Ensuring transportation and assistance with other Charity activities - Maintenance work of various kinds at Charity facilities - Transport and assembly of adjustable beds and other medical equipment between pickups and deliveries - Occupational safety and fire prevention measures Requirements: - Ability to safely operate a company vehicle - minibus for 8 people - Communication skills with clients - seniors, people with dementia, people with disabilities, and ability to assist these individuals - Technical aptitude for transporting and assembling adjustable beds and other medical equipment, various maintenance work, and care of company vehicles - Criminal record clearance - Good health condition Qualifications: - Social services worker course is an advantage We Offer: - Meaningful work in a pleasant, friendly team environment in a large, stable organization - Meal allowance (meal voucher stipend) - Work shoes and clothing - Support - professional guidance, further training, supervision opportunities - After probation, possibility of pension contribution subsidy - Salary: 27,600 - 32,000 Kč (individual compensation, 2x annual bonuses, benefits) Personal Attributes: - Commitment to the Charity's mission - Communication skills in relations with clients and colleagues - Attention to detail, ability to work independently - Kindness, compassion, honesty and responsibility, personal initiative and creative approach - Ability to handle physically and mentally demanding situations Interested candidates should contact Jana Komárková, Head of Ambulatory Relief Services.
