Permanent employment, full-time position. Start date: June 1, 2026 or by agreement. This position is suitable for recent graduates. Base salary for construction equipment operators from 34,150 CZK. Job responsibilities: work related to winter road maintenance, particularly spreading roads with chemical or inert materials and plowing; operation of motor vehicles and construction equipment and machinery; ensuring traffic flow, traffic regulation and management during emergency response and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III roads; work on maintenance of components and accessories of Class I, II, and III roads; on-call availability for winter maintenance, emergency response operations, and urgent interventions on Class I, II, and III road networks. Requirements: secondary technical education; minimum 2 years of experience in the field (preferred); professional driver's license category C, C+E (preferred), construction equipment operator's certificate (preferred), traffic psychological evaluation; operation and driving of road motor vehicles designated for road network maintenance; independence, conscientiousness, organizational skills, flexibility.
