About the Position Together with our partner KC Audit, we are seeking an audit assistant with a start date in fall 2026. This role is perfect for you if you have a background in accounting and want to take the next step in your career in auditing at a smaller, family-owned firm with great development opportunities. Your ambition should be to become an authorized auditor, and you will be offered a comprehensive training plan to give you the right conditions to develop your knowledge and reach your goal of becoming authorized. Your initial time will be characterized by a strong focus on training combined with gradually increasing your responsibilities, where over time you will become more independent and take on more responsibility. You will work in a small team where there is considerable expertise to learn from as well as support. Due to the firm being smaller, there will also be an opportunity for greater breadth in the role. The focus will be on auditing customers' accounts and administration, as well as related administrative tasks and improvements to the company's processes. In summary, your work tasks will include: Auditing customers' accounts and administration Ongoing bookkeeping Minor investigations Performing inventory counts/sampling at customer sites Providing advice to customers and participating in customer meetings Other administrative tasks such as preparing minutes, corporate documents, submitting documents to the Companies Registry, anti-money laundering tasks, establishing new companies for customers, and preparing contracts We are Looking for You Who: Have relevant post-secondary education in accounting/auditing Have previous experience working in audit/bookkeeping, for example through a part-time job or summer job during your studies. Additional merit if you have worked 1-2 years after finishing your studies. Speak and write fluent Swedish and English. We are looking for someone who is thorough and has strong analytical skills. You should be curious and not afraid to ask questions. Most importantly, you should have a genuine interest in auditing and appreciate diving deep into various issues where you gain knowledge from legislation and literature. You should be relationship-oriented as you will have extensive contact with the firm's customers.
