JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking nine care assistants for permanent employment who want to be part of starting up a resource team in Burlöv municipality. In home care services, we provide support to citizens who can no longer live at home independently. The support is based on individual care plans established by a care coordinator in consultation with the user and any family members. The work consists of everything from personal care including delegated health and medical services and service tasks to shared and individual activities. As a care assistant in the resource team, you will primarily cover short-term absences in our Home Care Teams 1, 2, and 3. You will be a key person with high competence and good knowledge of our users, thereby ensuring quality during peak times or when reinforcement or coverage is needed in all our teams. As a care assistant in home care services, you work with care and service tasks based on the users' individual needs and decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
