JOB DUTIES As a resource planner at Björkbacken, you have a central role in the operations' planning and work on behalf of the unit manager. Your main task is to create efficient staffing and planning based on the operations' and customers' needs. You plan and schedule personnel in an operation with 24-hour staffing, every day of the year. This means you build, adapt, and follow up on base schedules, and you manage changes and staffing needs that arise in daily work. You need to be able to switch between long-term planning and finding good solutions with short notice. In close collaboration with the unit manager and work teams, you create structure and overview in staffing. You work to ensure the operation's resources are used efficiently and you handle, for example, absences and overcapacity. You register and follow up on absences, overtime, and discrepancies between planned and actual working time. In your work, you need to comply with applicable laws, collective agreements, and guidelines. You also work with customer planning based on care decisions and individual needs and make adjustments when needs or conditions change. In Mina Planer, you update and follow up on planning and handle time-limited services. The assignment also includes participating in the operation's follow-up and development work and collaborating with other resource planners within the administration. You also plan and follow up on introductions for new employees and apprentices. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has experience in planning and coordination and who enjoys creating structure in an operation where conditions can change quickly. For this position, you need to have: • upper secondary education • relevant work experience from an administrative or coordinating role, such as executive assistant, coordinator, planner, or staffing coordinator • experience with scheduling and staffing planning in operations with 24-hour and weekend staffing • knowledge of working hours legislation and regulations regarding, among other things, daily and weekly rest periods • good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems • very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have: • experience with administrative work in healthcare and social services • experience with Time Care, LifeCare, and/or Visma/Personec P • a driver's license (category B).
