Resource Pedagogue at Parent Cooperative Krubban

We are now seeking an engaged and experienced resource pedagogue who wants to become part of our wonderful team at Parent Cooperative Krubban. Krubban preschool is a warm and personal parent cooperative located in a villa with a child-friendly garden, just a few minutes' walk from Roslagsbanan in Enebyberg, Danderyd. As a nonprofit cooperative, every krona goes directly back to the children and staff. We have approximately 28 children, divided into two age-grouped units. Our team consists of five engaged pedagogues and a cook who prepares all meals from scratch and is also actively involved in the children's daily activities. We offer a calm, safe, and inspiring environment where care, respect, and joy permeate our activities. Play is a natural part of our pedagogical work, and we strive to awaken children's curiosity, creativity, and desire to learn. For our younger children's unit, we are now seeking an experienced resource pedagogue who wants to help create a safe, developmental, and joyful day for the children. About the Role As a resource pedagogue, you will provide support to a child with special needs during daily activities. With a safe, clear, and low-key approach, you will help create a predictable day where the child is given the best possible conditions to develop, participate in activities, and experience joy at preschool. You will become an important and natural part of the team and actively contribute to developing our services together with your colleagues while working to meet each child's individual needs. We are Looking for You If You Have childcare training or other equivalent education with a focus on children Have previous experience working in preschool Have experience working with children with special needs Have experience with low-key approaches, visual supports, TAKK Are clear, responsible, and structured in your professional role Are solution-oriented, flexible, and engaged Have a natural ability to build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues Have a positive and respectful approach Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing It is a merit if you have education focused on children with special needs We Offer You A small preschool with big ambitions Close collaboration between staff and parents Short decision-making paths and great opportunity to influence the development of our services Free educational lunches prepared from scratch by our own cook Wellness allowance A genuine, collegial work environment The position is full-time or part-time by agreement with a start date as soon as possible.
