The position is 100% starting 17/8-26. The position is primarily for one year. Montessori Mondial is an independent school in central Kristianstad. You are relationship-oriented and collaborate well, and you are a calm, stable yet alert adult who can quickly shift focus. You have good knowledge of NPF and experience working with low-affective approaches. You have good pedagogical skills and experience adapting instruction to individual student needs, as well as experience using digital tools and visual supports. Work Tasks: As a resource pedagogue, you work with students in need of support and provide support to one or more students in the classroom. You will work on creating a sense of security, establishing routines, and maintaining close collaboration with the responsible teachers. In your role as a resource pedagogue, you are a good role model. Your Experience: Relevant education and experience with similar tasks are merits. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability.
