RESPONSIBILITIES Lövestad School is now seeking a student resource aimed at the lower grades. Your tasks consist of supporting, preparing, and leading the student during the school day and in after-school activities. The work involves close communication with the student, guardians, work team, and school administration. Together with your colleagues, you work to create the best conditions for the student's school day. You contribute to a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment where good relationships and positive treatment are a natural part of everyday life and to give the student the best conditions to succeed. QUALIFICATIONS You are educated in upper secondary children and leisure education or post-secondary pedagogical education as a student resource or education assistant, and have experience with similar tasks in primary school. The assignment requires that you are a clear and structured adult with a warm and caring leadership style. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in recruitment. You have good pedagogical skills and knowledge of work in after-school programs and their governing documents. You are confident in your role, have a professional approach, and create engagement through teaching that inspires and motivates students.
