Support Staff for Children with Special Needs

TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across 9 municipalities. We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, provides developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children ages 1-5. We are now seeking a support staff member for a preschool in Näsbypark. We are looking for someone with experience supporting children with various challenges and who understands children's needs and can meet them. You possess strong pedagogical knowledge and are well familiar with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a conscious approach toward children, guardians, and colleagues. You will be part of a team where you and your colleagues work together to create an inclusive environment for all children. In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues at the preschool, guardians, and related resources. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement. You are an inquisitive and present educator who is responsive to children's interests, abilities, and needs. You have experience working with TAKK and visual supports; a childcare worker certification is meriting. More specific information about the position will be provided by the principal. The support position is a fixed-term employment at 20 hours/week. Start date by agreement.
