Skogens hus family daycare is located in the Kniva area of Falun and operates in a peaceful environment. Family daycare is an alternative to preschool for children ages 1–5 years. We are seeking a reliable, engaged, and responsible team member to work as a support person at the family daycare. In this role, you will provide individually tailored support to a child who needs extra assistance during their time in the program. You will work in close collaboration with the responsible family daycare provider and become an important part of creating a safe, developmentally supportive, and inclusive environment for the child. Currently, work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–14:00 when the child is in the program. Who are you? - We are looking for someone with education in childcare, experience working with children, or other relevant experience in caring for children in a safe and pedagogical manner. - Experience working with children who need specialized support. - As a person, you are responsible, have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and responsive to children's different needs.
