Here you'll balance plates, orders, and upselling while creating memorable guest experiences. Working hours are mostly weekends and evenings, though daytime shifts may occur. As a Supervisor in the restaurant, you'll ensure smooth operations and maintain good collaboration between departments – both service and kitchen, as well as reception and conference – to give guests the best possible experience with us. The role involves overseeing purchasing, scheduling, and maintaining a solid understanding of finances. You'll also guide and support the rest of the team so they reach their goals. We work to uphold our guest promise by delivering a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service. Health, environmental, and safety regulations will also be your top priority.
