Restaurant Staff Member Permanent position, 50% part-time Start date as soon as possible We are now looking for a passionate restaurant staff member who wants to work in a team where service excellence and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and attention to detail, you will help out in both the kitchen, dishwashing, and the restaurant floor. The position includes quality control, daily routines in the kitchen and dishwashing area, restaurant operations, and sometimes work at the cash register. About Restaurant Z:äta Our fine lunch restaurant is located at Volvo Penta's headquarters in Lundby. We serve between 5-600 lunches per day in a fantastic setting. We have a café and our own bakery where we bake everything ourselves. We do a lot of catering in-house, from birthday cakes to formal dinners, which creates great variety in the work. You'll have twelve wonderful colleagues—a great bunch that enjoys having fun at work. We are open between 7:00-14:45. Lunch is served between 11:00-13:30, Monday to Friday. Who are you? - You are over 18 years old - You understand and speak Swedish - With your positive attitude, you take responsibility for maintaining high service standards throughout the day - Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given - You see your value in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resilient, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating - You can take initiative and are flexible in your role, enjoy working at a fast pace - You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient - Previous restaurant experience is a merit but not a requirement—we value the right attitude highly Do you feel this describes you?
