Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager – Sushi & Bowl, Umeå Sushi & Bowl is seeking an engaged and responsible restaurant manager who wants to help develop our operations in Umeå. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for daily operations, leading staff, and contributing to high service standards and quality. About the Position As a restaurant manager, you will have direct operational responsibility for the restaurant's daily operations. You work closely with both staff and business to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, professionally, and with the customer in focus. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and allocate daily work Staff planning and scheduling Onboarding and training of employees Ensure good service and high quality Responsible for procedures, hygiene, and order in the restaurant Handle orders, inventory, and goods flow Monitor daily operations and sales Contribute to developing the restaurant's processes and operations Assist operationally in the restaurant when needed We are Looking for Someone Who Has at least 1–2 years of experience from the restaurant industry Has good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented Has strong ability to lead and motivate others Can work independently and make decisions in daily operations Is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment Has good collaboration skills and professional demeanor Previous experience in management or restaurant responsibility is a merit.
