WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW RESTAURANT MANAGER! Run a restaurant as if it were your own! Are you driven, organized, customer-focused, and a team player? Do you have previous experience in the restaurant industry and know the business? Restaurant Havsviken is a popular restaurant during the summer when tourists visit Dragsö Camping & Stugby - Karlskrona. During fall, winter, and spring, it focuses on events, conferences, catering, and our well-attended Christmas buffet. There is a fast pace during the summer and a slower tempo during the winter months. The position involves organizing, recruiting, and leading kitchen staff and servers, scheduling, procurement, planning reservations, monitoring hygiene, and working with social media. There is some administrative work but also extensive customer contact. We offer a permanent position (after a short trial period), where you plan your own working hours. Requirements: Swedish (spoken and written), English (spoken and written), valid driver's license (category B), previous experience in restaurant professions. Meritorious qualifications include previous leadership roles in a restaurant and knowledge of German. The position is available for immediate start.
