Restaurant Chef

We're now looking for a Restaurant Chef to join our team in Gällivare – a role where you can combine your craft with leadership in one of Sweden's most unique work environments. With us, you work close to the food, the team, and the guests – while driving and developing the kitchen forward together with us. Our mission at LKAB in Gällivare is to prepare and serve food, as well as handle catering and deliveries to the restaurant located in the mine. We are a team of eight people in the restaurant who work together with great enthusiasm to deliver the best possible service. Why this role? This is not a traditional chef position far removed from the kitchen. Here you're in the middle of operations – you lead the team and set the standard in your daily work. At the same time, we understand that Gällivare isn't around the corner for everyone. That's why we're flexible and will find an arrangement that works for you – whether that means living in town, weekly commuting, or a longer-term relocation. What matters to us is that you have the drive and willingness to take on the challenge.
