Restaurant Chef
We are facing an exciting concept change in one of Idre Fjäll's most appreciated restaurant venues and are now looking for a Restaurant Chef who wants to help launch our new concept.
You will have a key role in establishing the business and creating a restaurant experience that combines high quality, strong guest experience, and good profitability. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and beverages who is driven by developing the business and creating conditions for employees to succeed and guests to thrive.
Together with your team, you will create a restaurant that guests want to return to, with a focus on hospitality, culinary experiences, and a clear steakhouse profile.
The Role
As Restaurant Chef, you lead, develop, and drive the business to ensure a fantastic experience for our guests. Your work is based on three central focus areas: profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
In this role, you will be an important part of establishing the new concept and have the opportunity to influence everything from working methods and routines to guest experience and team spirit.
As Restaurant Chef, you have overall responsibility for the restaurant's daily operations, results, and development. Through present leadership, you ensure that the business maintains high quality in food, service, and hospitality. You are responsible for planning, staffing, and monitoring the business's key performance indicators, while working to create an efficient organization where both employees and guests feel at home. Together with your team, you will implement the concept's ideas in practice and ensure that the restaurant delivers a consistent and attractive guest experience.
Profile
You are a present leader who enjoys operational management while also working strategically on business development. You like to share your knowledge and experience and contribute to creating an engaged and professional team.
We would like to see that you have previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry and several years of experience in similar positions, preferably in an à la carte restaurant. Alternatively, you have several years of experience in restaurant operations and are ready to take the next step in your career. Regardless of background, we are looking for a person with strong drive, good collaboration skills, and natural leadership.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You are attracted by the opportunity to establish a new business and create conditions for both satisfied guests and engaged employees.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
