Are you looking to lead operations at one of Stockholm's most unique meeting places? Karamellan Café & Restaurant at Drottningholm is now seeking a driven and responsible Restaurant Manager. We offer a varied leadership role in a historic setting with a focus on both daily café-restaurant operations, event space, and unique events. This is a permanent position starting immediately. Working hours are primarily during daytime (we're open daily 10:00–17:00), with evening work for pre-booked dinners, weddings, and Christmas dinners. As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the owners' right hand. You'll have overall responsibility for daily operations during your shifts and actively work to train, guide, and motivate our team. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading and distributing daily work in the cash register and dining room. Inventorying stock and preparing order lists for food and beverages. Planning schedules for cashiers, servers, and food runners. Handling reservations for groups, event space, weddings, and Christmas dinners. Responsibility for operations, including opening and closing procedures. Driving business development forward together with the owners. We're looking for a strong and confident personality with natural leadership qualities who thrives in a social and international environment where the pace can sometimes be very high. Our business operates year-round but has a clear seasonal character – April to September is our absolute peak season, December features Christmas dinners, while January to March offers a slower pace. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have solid leadership experience and have previously worked with personnel responsibility in the industry. Have experience with events and preferably have worked with weddings and large orders. Are flexible and stress-resilient with strong organizational skills.
