Restaurant Manager

Here, excellent service and culinary passion are combined with a clear business focus. About the role You'll lead daily operations and ensure that service, quality, and staffing run smoothly. You'll be visible on the floor, handle issues as they arise, and establish a working approach where the team knows what's expected. At the same time, you'll monitor sales and costs and drive improvements together with the owners. Your focus Lead, motivate, and develop the team in daily operations. Plan staffing and schedules, and manage recruitment and onboarding. Ensure high service standards, quality, and effective routines. Handle ordering, inventory, supplier relations, and daily closing procedures. Track revenue, costs, and other key metrics to strengthen profitability. Contribute to the restaurant's visibility through social media and local activities. We believe you Have experience from a restaurant or service environment, preferably in a leadership role. Are confident in making decisions, prioritizing, and taking responsibility when the pace is high. Combine operational presence with structure and business acumen.
