Restaurant Manager at O'Learys Ystad About the position: We are now seeking an engaged and experienced Restaurant Manager who wants to take the lead of our operations at O'Learys Ystad. As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and delivers outstanding service to our guests. Your role involves managing the business both administratively and operationally, as well as being a role model for your team and a representative for the restaurant externally. The role includes work on certain weekends. The position requires work in the restaurant during restaurant opening hours for approximately 60% of the position, varying by season. Your responsibilities will include: Drive sales towards set targets and optimize work methods to achieve desired results. Lead a team within various areas such as bar, service, kitchen, and activities. Create a strong team culture and atmosphere through good leadership. Lead staff training and employee development. Take responsibility for recruitment, scheduling, planning, and forecasting. Ensure ongoing maintenance work and report to the Operations Manager. Ensure the unit's shared goals are met and deliver a guest experience of the highest quality. Desired experience and qualities: Experience from the restaurant industry, preferably from O'Learys. Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. Desirable experience with Caspeco Cloud cash register system. Results-oriented, solution-focused, flexible, and able to drive work independently. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.
