Waiter/Restaurant Staff needed at Slottsmässen in Finspång Would you like to work in a unique and beautiful environment where no two days are the same? We are now seeking engaged and service-oriented extra staff for serving and restaurant work at Slottsmässen at Finspång Castle. At Slottsmässen, we handle everything from lunches, café services, and conferences to dinners, weddings, Christmas buffets, and other festive events. We also serve breakfast to guests in the Castle's guest wing as well as morning and afternoon fika to conferences and meetings. Therefore, we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, meeting people, and creating a really great experience for our guests together with your colleagues. About the job Examples of work tasks: Serving at lunches, dinners, weddings, Christmas buffets, and other events Preparations and table settings for various events Preparation, serving, and clearing of morning and afternoon fika for conferences and meetings Café and cash register work Serving food and beverages Breakfast service for guests in the Castle's guest wing Clearing, dishwashing, and resetting after service and events Keeping our premises clean, welcoming, and representative Other common restaurant and service tasks Working hours vary depending on activities and may include daytime, evenings, and weekends. The need is particularly high in connection with dinners, weddings, Christmas buffets, and other events. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who: Is 18 years or older Is positive, responsible, and enjoys providing good service Is flexible and can work both independently and with others Is proactive and easily sees what needs to be done Enjoys varied work where the pace can sometimes be fast Is thorough and understands the importance of quality, order, and good customer service Can work extra as needed, including evenings and weekends It is important that you have fluent Swedish language skills Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, serving, conferences, or events is a merit, but not a requirement. Your attitude, commitment, and sense of service are equally important.
