You work both in the kitchen and out in the dining room to give our guests a genuine and delightful dining experience. ​Your main responsibilities: ​Prep raw materials and ingredients for service. ​Assemble and serve our ramen dishes and small plates. ​Take orders, handle cash operations, and provide high-quality service to our guests. ​Clear dishes, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, and follow hygiene procedures. ​Who Are You? ​We are looking for someone who is efficient, has good drive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is the key to success. ​Requirements for the Position: ​Previous experience working in a restaurant with a focus on Japanese cuisine and Asian noodle soups (ramen). ​Good understanding of ingredients, flavors, and the craft behind ramen.
