Restaurant Cashier 4 hours per day (Fluent Swedish and English Required)

Fluent Swedish is a requirement for this position and you need to be able to speak English. Asian lunch bowl restaurant on Kungsholmen, starting August 31st when the current employee begins daytime studies. This is a part-time position: 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday only. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30-13:30 and Fridays 10:00-14:00 (we can be flexible if that works better for you). The job is to handle the register, talk with all customers, answer phones, pack orders, and help with light kitchen work like slicing avocado, etc. You're a jack-of-all-trades—there are many balls in the air, so you should enjoy having a lot to do and feel confident interacting with guests and on the phone. Restaurant experience is a requirement. Attention to detail is extremely important since we pack many orders per day and we have customers with allergies and special diets, so precision matters. Wages follow collective agreement. We're closed Christmas, New Year's, 4 weeks in summer, and on public holidays. You should have basic knowledge about allergies and food, or be incredibly quick to learn. We're a popular lunch bowl restaurant with a high-paced environment! So speed and accuracy are extremely important. No visits or phone calls to the restaurant.
