ICA Kvantum Skövde is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Urban Bistro ICA Kvantum in Skövde is a family-owned business with approximately 70 employees. At ICA Kvantum, we work continuously to be Skövde's most modern grocery store. We have now completed our full store renovation and are ready to take the next step toward becoming Skaraborg's most modern grocery store with a focus on food and meal solutions. Urban Bistro is located in the store's entrance and belongs to ICA Kvantum Skövde. The restaurant offers modern street food, lunch, café, a great hangout spot, takeaway, and alcohol service. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly in the Bistro regarding routines, sales, food safety, and customer service. An important part of the work is communicating effectively, managing price perception, and creating a cohesive structure in your department. Your work includes planning production in consultation with the sales manager of the store kitchen as well as product development and campaigns. The position includes working toward an established budget. We are looking for someone who: Has a passionate interest in food and beverages. Wants to be part of creating and developing the Bistro of the future. Has strong analytical abilities and data skills. Has very good financial knowledge. Has excellent leadership qualities. Has good physical fitness as heavy lifting occurs daily. You are a person with initiative and strong positive energy. You should be a role model. Able to see guests' needs and gladly provide excellent guest service. You should be able to handle stressful situations and have the ability to see the bigger picture in your work. You should be outgoing, enjoy leading a team, but also be able to work independently. You should be organized and have a sense of order, enjoy development and be engaged, focus on sales, operations, and create good profitability and a pleasant environment for our customers/guests. Qualifications: Many years of experience in a management position within restaurant or retail grocery business Very good knowledge of economics Are organized and have a pronounced quality awareness. As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the sales manager of the department. The position is approximately 95%. The position includes work during both day/evening and weekends.
