As part of our service team, you guide guests, recommend food and beverages, work closely with the kitchen and colleagues, and ensure that every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Depending on your experience and interests, the role may also involve working as a conference host. You would then be responsible for giving our conference guests a warm welcome and a well-planned day, from morning coffee to afternoon refreshments. You become an important part of creating a professional and personal experience throughout their stay. The pace varies between quiet dinners, lively conferences, and festive weddings, which means no two days are the same. We believe you have experience in service and enjoy working with people thrive when the pace is fast but stay calm are responsible, unpretentious, and appreciate working as part of a team have a genuine interest in food, beverages, and hospitality speak Swedish fluently and feel comfortable communicating in English. Additional languages are a plus. have experience in banquet service, conference service, or are curious about developing yourself in both areas.
