Reliable & Flexible Personal Assistant Needed in Ystad

We are now seeking a personal assistant for a man in Ystad. He lives with his family and due to his disability requires assistance around the clock. He has only physical disabilities, so you will not be providing cognitive support. He lives an active life with many interests, and it's important that you as an assistant enjoy this dynamic environment. Since there is considerable travel due to work, it's required that you are well-groomed. Who are you? We believe that to be suitable for this position, you are flexible and enjoy new challenges. You are comfortable visiting new places since your workplace is wherever the client is located, which can be while traveling but of course also at home with the family. You are adaptable and have no problem with the fact that your workday may look different from day to day. Furthermore, we believe that you: Are a man between 25-50 years old. Speak fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Hold a valid driver's license category B. Are humble and have the ability to understand other people's situations. Are someone who enjoys developing through meaningful interactions with other people. Love to travel About the Position 1-2 positions, part-time with additional hours as needed. We have varying working hours depending on the client's needs. You will work long shifts with on-call night duties. The position includes considerable work-related travel.
