Parts Sales Representative for Wirtgen, Asphalt & Construction Machinery
Do you want to combine technology, customer contact, and problem-solving in one of the world's strongest brands in construction machinery? At Wirtgen Sweden, you'll become an important part of our aftermarket operations, helping customers, service technicians, and workshops quickly get the right spare parts to the right place. This role suits you if you thrive in a technical environment, enjoy having many different contact points, and are motivated by solving problems together with others. You'll be part of a cohesive team where knowledge is shared openly and where you'll receive an introduction from experienced colleagues. Here you'll work with market-leading products while maintaining close contact with our factories in Germany and colleagues throughout Sweden. Your Responsibilities As a parts sales representative, you're a central function in our aftermarket organization. Your workday will be characterized by great variety, where you help customers and colleagues identify and order the right spare parts for our machinery. This is not a traditional sales position focused on chasing deals. Instead, the role is about providing professional service, building trust, and finding the right solution based on the customer's needs. You'll be working with: • Receiving incoming calls from customers, service technicians, and workshops throughout Sweden. • Identifying the correct spare parts using drawings, catalogs, and technical systems. • Having daily contact with our factories in Germany and colleagues within the Wirtgen Group. • Registering and managing orders in SAP. • Working closely with warehouse, workshop, and our field technicians. • Ensuring our customers receive fast and professional support when their machinery needs spare parts. The role mainly involves working from our headquarters in Alvesta. Travel occurs a few times per year, including to our other operations in Sweden or to our factories in Germany. Your Profile We believe you have an interest in combining technology and people in your work. You don't need to come from the spare parts industry—what's most important is that you have a technical understanding and a willingness to learn. We'd like to see that you have: • Experience from a technical operation, for example a workshop, industry, construction, agriculture, or automotive sector. • Good computer and system skills. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English. • The ability to read drawings or understand technical exploded views is a plus. • A forklift license is a plus, but can also be obtained with us. As a person, you're solution-oriented and enjoy helping others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm even when many issues come up at the same time. Since you'll have contact with many different types of people, you're communicative, unpretentious, and work well with others. You don't hesitate to ask for help when needed and enjoy contributing your own knowledge to the team.
