Do you enjoy creating order and feel comfortable with both customer interaction and close collaboration with the workshop? Then the role as Parts Advisor with us might be for you! Your Role As a Parts Advisor, you have an important role in our service market and ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. You work closely with our technicians and service and claims advisors and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient flow through both the service and claims workshop. You work with, among other things, picking parts for service and claims jobs, placing orders to both the workshop and sales, and receiving goods. The role also includes invoice handling, complaints and returns, as well as ongoing contact and relationship building with our suppliers. You are also a natural part of our customer reception and handle the intake and delivery of service and claims vehicles as well as customer contact via phone and at the counter. What We're Looking For You have around 5 years of experience from the automotive industry, for example in passenger cars, trucks, or heavy equipment. You have good automotive knowledge and understand vehicle parts and functions. You are structured and thorough and enjoy keeping track of many parts and orders simultaneously. You are proactive and action-oriented – when something doesn't go according to plan, you actively seek a solution. You are social and service-minded, find it easy to talk with different types of people, and enjoy customer contact. You have good system skills and feel comfortable working in various business and operational systems. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, a good understanding of English, and a Class B driver's license. Previous experience with parts and work in a customer-facing role is a merit.
