Traveling Service Technician

About the Position We are now seeking a Traveling Service Technician for one of our clients in Ystad. Are you a technically skilled person with a strong interest in helping customers and solving problems? As a traveling service technician, you will depart from home with a service vehicle, traveling alone or with a colleague depending on the scope of the different jobs. You will work throughout Sweden and Denmark. Approximately 100 nights per year will be spent traveling. This usually takes place Monday through Friday, but weekends can also occur. Otherwise, you should be comfortable working largely independently and be self-driven in your work. As a Traveling Service Technician, you will work with service, repair, installation, and assembly of new machines. In your work, you will among other things: - Perform installation, service, and maintenance on our products and solutions at customer locations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently. - Provide technical support to customers on-site. - Document and report your work. To thrive in the role of service technician, you have: - Previous experience in service and troubleshooting. - Experience with mechanics and hydraulics. - Experience replacing components and basic troubleshooting. - Knowledge of welding or heavy forging. - Good problem-solving skills and strong customer focus. - Are flexible and enjoy traveling as well as working independently. - Speak and write Swedish fluently.
