Job Description On behalf of our client Sveba Dahlen, we are now looking for you to work as a traveling assembler! As a traveling assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and welding components according to drawings and specifications. The role initially involves work in production but will gradually include travel for assembly and installation at customer sites. The work requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Welding in materials such as steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum • Assembly of components according to technical drawings • Interpretation of drawings and technical instructions • Inspection and quality assurance of your own work • Post-processing such as grinding and adjustments • Participation in improvement initiatives and process optimization • Maintenance of equipment and workspace • Installation and assembly at customer sites on-location • Troubleshooting, adjustments, and commissioning support of equipment Qualifications Education: • Upper secondary education in industry/engineering or equivalent Experience: • At least 5 years of experience in welding and/or assembly • Experience with methods such as MIG/MAG, TIG, or MMA • Proficiency working from drawings and specifications Merits: • Valid welding certificates (e.g., ISO 9606) • Forklift and/or overhead crane certification • Experience from the manufacturing industry • Experience with field/service assignments Who Are You?
