We are now looking for a repair technician who thrives with freedom under responsibility, enjoys solving problems and wants to be an important part of a small, close-knit team.

About the role.
As a repair technician, you work broadly in a mechanical workshop with everything from turning, milling and basic welding work to troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. You read drawings, follow manuals and ensure that work is performed with high quality. The work is varied and may involve quickly switching between different types of tasks. You will have many contact points and need to be able to communicate clearly both internally and externally. The role also involves some flexibility in working hours as overtime may occur, as well as being prepared to step in during acute situations.

Responsibility for independently planning and performing your work tasks, while working closely with the rest of the team. An important part of the role is to contribute to a good working climate and to share your knowledge and experience.
You are.
A person who has experience working in a mechanical workshop and good practical skills with, for example, lathe, milling machine, welding or similar. If you also have an interest in or experience with vehicle or agricultural mechanics, we see that as a merit. You have a good command of Swedish and English in both speech and writing and have a category B driving license. As a person, you are self-motivated, stable and solution-oriented. You thrive with having many things going on at the same time and have a natural aptitude for communication and collaboration. If you have advanced knowledge of electrical systems or experience with controlled machinery, that's an extra bonus. Likewise, good drawing comprehension and experience interpreting technical documents are assets.
