Responsibilities and Tasks As a plumbing technician with us, you will work closely with customers. You will primarily perform corrective repairs and planned maintenance of our customers' properties in Sundsvall/Timrå. This includes work in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, laundry facilities, and operational tasks such as filter changes, inspection and adjustment of substations and building equipment. You are responsible for customer contact regarding reported issues and play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy quality housing. The position also includes rotating on-call duty. Experience The role requires the following qualifications: · Previous experience working in plumbing · Class B driver's license (manual transmission) · Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written · Proficient user of database systems and software It is advantageous to have certifications in hot work, scissor lifts, and fall protection, as well as training or experience in carpentry, locks, doors, and windows.
