Your Role As a rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as car washing, damage inspection, and fueling. Your Responsibilities Customer interactions over the counter, by phone, and by email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Damage inspection. Car care. Delivery of rental vehicles. About You Trustworthiness. Natural service orientation. Results-driven. Responsible. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You Have Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license for at least 1 year with manual transmission authorization. Good computer skills. Working Hours You will work on a two-week rotation where you work 07:00-16:00 one week and 09:00-18:00 the other week. Work is Monday-Friday. About the Employer Sixt rent a car was founded in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany. Sixt remains under the ownership of the Sixt family and is currently run by Erik and Regine Sixt's two sons, Alexander and Konstantin Sixt. In Sweden, Sixt operates as a franchise and is present in most major cities, airports, and railway stations with approximately 120 rental locations from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south, and we are continuously expanding with new offices. Our business idea is to provide our customers with mobility solutions from 1 day up to 3 years.
