Limbažu Municipality Limbažu Association Administration (Reg. No. 40900040443) announces a job vacancy – Maintenance Worker (full-time, gross monthly salary – 780 EUR) Main job duties: Perform cosmetic repairs in municipal residential apartments (spackling, painting, tiling, wallpaper installation, flooring installation, etc.) owned by Limbažu Municipality; Perform other maintenance work including repairs of various equipment, items, and facilities; Perform technical maintenance of plumbing fixtures and installations; Ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace; As needed, perform other similar work. Requirements for candidates: Basic education or general secondary education; Work experience in maintenance and repair work will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of the structure, operating principles, and usage regulations of technical equipment used in work; Good work performance and technical skills; Ability to plan and organize your own work; Category B driver's license; Proficiency in the official language at the level specified in regulatory acts.
