During 2025, we've renewed drainage systems in around 800 homes – and our customers rate us highly, with an average satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5. Demand is growing rapidly. Over one million Swedish homes face drainage system renovations, and we're now seeking more responsible, curious, and skilled technicians who want to develop with us in Karlstad. About the Relining Technician Role In this role, you'll perform drainage system renovations through relining at our residential customers' homes. You'll work independently and be part of a tight-knit team of technicians who will support, develop, and help you. You'll travel between customers in a company vehicle, and we provide all necessary equipment to perform top-quality relining work. The role includes: Prepare, clean, and inspect pipe systems Perform relining and operate specialized equipment Conduct camera inspections and documentation Ensure quality, report deviations, and improve work processes Customer contact while maintaining high service standards Comply with workplace health and safety regulations Is This You? We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on, and seeing clear results from your work. You're thorough, technically curious, and comfortable taking responsibility – both for execution quality and customer experience. You don't need to know everything from the start. For us, the right attitude, comfortable customer interaction, and willingness to develop are just as important as prior experience.
