During 2025, we've renewed sewer systems in around 800 villas – and our customers rate us highly, with an average satisfaction of 4.4 out of 5. Demand is growing rapidly. Over one million Swedish villas need sewer system renovations, and we're now looking for more responsible, curious, and skilled technicians who want to grow with us in Karlstad. About the Relining Technician Role In this role, you'll perform sewer system renovations through relining at our villa customers' homes. You'll work independently and be part of a tight-knit team of technicians who will support, develop, and help you. You'll travel between customers in a company vehicle, and we provide all necessary equipment to perform top-quality relining work. Your responsibilities include: Prepare, clean, and inspect pipe systems Perform relining and operate specialized equipment Conduct camera inspections and documentation Ensure quality, report deviations, and improve work processes Customer contact that maintains high service standards Follow occupational health and safety regulations Are You the Right Fit? You're thorough, technically curious, and comfortable taking responsibility – both for work quality and customer satisfaction. You don't need to know everything from day one.
