Be part of extending the lifespan of Swedish homes – without unnecessary disruption At Renoa, we renew drainage systems using modern relining methods that save time, resources, and minimize disruption to customers' homes. During 2025, we've renewed drainage systems in around 800 villas – and our customers rate us highly, with an average satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5. Demand is growing rapidly. Over a million Swedish villas need their drainage systems renovated, and we're now seeking more responsible, curious, and skilled technicians who want to develop with us in Karlstad. About the Role as Relining Technician The role involves performing drainage system renovations through relining at our villa customers' homes. You'll work independently and be part of a tight-knit team of technicians who will support, develop, and help you. In this position, you'll travel between customers with a company vehicle, and we provide all necessary equipment to perform your relining work to top standard. The role includes: Prepare, clean, and inspect pipe systems Perform relining and operate specialized equipment Conduct camera inspections and documentation Ensure quality, report deviations, and continuously improve work Customer contact that maintains high service standards Follow workplace safety and health regulations Is this you? We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working practically, and seeing clear results from your work. You're thorough, technically curious, and comfortable taking responsibility – both for work quality and customer experience. You don't need to know everything from the start. For us, the right attitude, confident customer interaction, and willingness to develop are just as important as previous experience.
